The Heart of the Role

In this role, you are more than just an administrator; you are a vital link in the patient’s healthcare journey. We are looking for a "people-first" professional who can balance clinical efficiency with a warm, supportive touch. You will contribute by:

• Supporting the Patient Experience: Acting as a compassionate first point of contact, ensuring patients feel heard, valued, and cared for from their first inquiry.
• Seamless Practice Coordination: Managing specialist diaries and appointment bookings with meticulous attention to detail.
• Specialist Billing & Documentation: Processing accounts and clinical records with high accuracy (experience with Genie or similar medical software is highly regarded).
• Professional Liaison: Communicating effectively with hospitals, GPs, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
